MERCEDES SPRINTER TIPPERS

Tipmaster manufacture a range of standard tipper conversions for the Mercedes Sprinter range of chassis cabs. Our type approval covers all of our body conversions on N1 NSSTA 3.5 ton GVW as well as N2 NSSTA covering  up to 5.5 ton GVW. We build the popular Composite body with steel floor and aluminium dropsides and tail board, the fully welded aluminium body, built to withstand the toughest of environments yet offering the best possible payloads & the traditional all steel body.

As standard we use the 3 ton under floor tipping gears on our 3.5 ton GVW chassis which has a proven track record, the higher GVW chassis come standard with our 7.5 ton electro hydraulic tipping gear, 3 way tippers are also offered & as standard 3 year warranties are offered on all our tippers.

 

Composite Tipping Body

Our Composite Tippers include Steel floor & headboard, steel sheet fully welded. Heavy duty undersealed box section subframe. Galvanised rear corner pillars with recessed fasteners. Styled ladder rack with galvanised mesh infill. Anodised aluminium dropsides with recessed fasteners. Welded aluminium sides & tail board are standard on N2 chassis. Anodised aluminium double hung tailboard. Tipmaster heavy duty under floor tipping gear. 7.5 ton tipping gear is standard on N2 chassis. High performance electro-hydraulic power pack with weather protected motor & electrics. Hand held controls on wander lead with magnetic base & harness. All pivot points fitted with grease nipples for long wear & ease of maintenance. Rope hooks, Side access step, isolator switch  & built-in body prop. Finish painted graphite grey.

 

Aluminium Tipping Body

Our Aluminium Tipping Bodies include Aluminium floor & headboard, alloy sheet fully welded. Heavy duty undersealed box section subframe. Aluminium box section rear corner pillars. ladder rack with galvanised mesh infill. Anodised aluminium dropsides with pull over fasteners. Anodised aluminium double hung tailboard with pins & chains. Tipmaster heavy duty under floor tipping gear. 7.5 ton tipping gear is standard on the N2 chassis. High performance electro-hydraulic power pack with weather protected motor & electrics. Hand held controls on wander lead with magnetic base & harness. All pivot points fitted with grease nipples for long wear & ease of maintenance. Rope hooks, Side access step, isolator switch  & built-in body prop. Body left in natural finish – optional pain work.

Steel Tipping Body

Our Steel Tipping Bodies include Steel floor & headboard, steel sheet fully welded. Heavy duty undersealed box section subframe. Steel box section rear corner pillars. ladder rack with galvanised mesh infill. Double skinned steel dropsides with anti luce fasteners. Steel double hung tailboard with pins & chains. Tipmaster heavy duty under floor tipping gear. 7.5 ton tipping gear is standard on the N2 chassis. High performance electro-hydraulic power pack with weather protected motor & electrics. Hand held controls on wander lead with magnetic base & harness. All pivot points fitted with grease nipples for long wear & ease of maintenance. Rope hooks, Side access step, isolator switch  & built-in body prop. Body primed & finish painted to the colour of your choice.
